Curiscope - Augmented Reality Products & Teaching Tools

I taught a science summer camp to a group of students aged 2 -10 this past month with the sole direction of getting them excited about science. While researching for a lesson I was planning on the digestive system, I stumbled across this great augmented reality t-shirt by Curiscope.

The Virtuali-tee is a shirt that when scanned by their associated app enables a 3D, interactive rendering of the interiors of the human body - with a narrative aid! The students can explore the human body... on their own human body! It will even sync up the image with your own live heart beat. It gets even better. The product was created by a collaboration of teachers and includes full teacher resources! They have some other "multiverse" posters that would be a great addition to any classroom.

This gift is definitive on my Christmas wish list!

You can find out more about it at https://www.curiscope.com/

Here's a photo of one of the munchkins demonstrating the Virtuali-tee app.
