Meditation is an exercise that can lead to clearer mental clarity, lower levels of mental health impacts and a positive change to the outlook in life. Focusing on your breathing can shift you quite quickly to a positive outcome. I personally place one hand over my heart and the other over my stomach and breathe 4 seconds and breathe out longer than my first breath. I do this three times and it changes me drastically in a positive outcome.
