Who Is Behind Me? ~ Activity
Assign students in small groups of two to three.
Once each student is in a group, instruct them to form a straight line facing their group members back. Students will also be instructed to place their hands on the student's shoulders who is in front of them.
In each group the students will be assigned a role. The student who is in the back will be assigned the driver while the students at the front will be the cars.
The driver's job is to navigate the cars by using the proper signals.
To turn left the driver will gently squeeze their peers' left shoulder
To turn right the driver will gently squeeze their peers' right shoulder.
Gently tap on both shoulders to stop.
During this activity the student's will be given the opportunity to switch roles.
Do these activities everyday for 20 minutes and it will not only improve your mental health but also your happiness!
