Exposure = Connections = Learning
With a background in Early Childhood Education and Child Development, I understand the importance of early exposure and setting the appropriate foundations in order for a child to grow and develop to the best of their abilities; the more exposure the brain gets at an early age, the more connections will be made which set the stage for optimal learning.
As educators in the Primary/Junior Division, we are going to be teaching children in the most important years of their life. This is why we need to be mindful, patient, caring, and educated on providing children with stimuli that will be beneficial to their learning. Creating a classroom that is bright, warm, welcoming, and inclusive to all children's needs will construct the path for success!
