Working full-time and attending school in the evening has been more stressful than I had originally thought. I am spending many hours preparing activities for my students, for school, taking care of my kids, my house, and not taking time for myself. I have noticed I'm going to bed late, getting up early, and having more headaches than before. I came across the following article when searching for self-care ideas and why it is important to take care of ourselves. Remember "you can't take from an empty cup". This is something I often tell myself when I feel overwhelmed and stressed.
