TIME for kids is an amazing resource for students in grades k-6 to use for conducting research. This website allows students to be independent in their work and research process, or even just in searching topic of interest to them! This site provides credible information and articles for students that is readily accessible and easy to access. This is an awesome resources for teachers to provide for students to use not only for research, but for students to learn to develop the technological skills.
