I have a lot of anxiety about planning lessons.  I am not a planner, nor have I ever been a planner. While sharing this anxiety with my associate teacher, she recommended the website https://www.teacherspayteachers.com to me.  

It is a website where teachers have shared their lesson plans.  Some are free and some cost money.  You can buy one lesson or an entire year worth of lessons.  Knowing how to plan will never be a strength of mine and this website relieves a lot of my anxiety.  

I taught one-on-one music lessons for over 15 years and never once planned.  I improvised and listened to my students to figure out where to go next.  This method worked for me very well, but I doubt it will work in a classroom setting. So, it is nice to know there is a wealth of lessons I can pay for online.  Boom.
