Better help is a useful website for teachers to recommend to parents/caregivers and other teachers for a student who is struggling with their mental health. There is a branch of this website called 'Teen Counseling' made specifically for teens. Oftentimes, there are many children who have difficulties either because of a turbulent home life or personal issues they may be dealing with. This can make it difficult for them to voice how they feel or even understand what they are going through.

Therefore, a teacher can promote this website to young teens so that it can be used to find a healthcare professional who is discrete and easily accessible for them to communicate with. Better help will allow teens to speak to someone that is not their parent or teacher, making them feel like they can speak their minds and know that they are getting unbiased feedback. It is also an opportunity for them to deal with any issues that they may be having in their life. This is a great resource for teachers to recommend to the students in their class.
